After learning the traditional songs of the co. Lena (south of Asturias), Mapi Quintana & Elías García start working on the search of a new aesthetic context for these traditional melodies. Through harmonic progessions inherited from jazz and European music of the 20th century, improvisation and a fresh indie-jazz vocal approach, they create a new sound for the traditional Asturian music.
